Please read the following information carefully before filling out the form.
In order to fill out and submit this form you will need the following things:
- Names, addresses, and email addresses of all family members who are planning to attend
- Debit or credit card
A nonrefundable registration fee is due with this form, and the fee will follow this schedule:
- Early enrollment, April 1: $20
- Regular enrollment, May 1: $30
- Late enrollment, July 1 (ends July 15): $40
After you fill out this form and click “Save Registrant,” you will have the option to add more registrants. If you have multiple registrants in the same family, select “Add Registrant” and continue adding registrants until all attending family members have been added.
You may choose to pay all of your orchestra camp dues (registration, tuition, and meals) with this form, or you may choose to pay only the registration fee. If you pay only the registration fee, you will be charged for the balance of the camp dues on August 1, 2025.
All meals and rehearsals except for Saturday evening dress rehearsal are closed to everyone except the instrumentalists and nonparticipating adults accompanying young players (ages 14-16).
We require an adult (18 or older) to accompany orchestra members ages 14-16. This adult could be an instrumentalist in the orchestra assigned by the parents or one nonparticipating family member per family. We will also allow three families to attend and participate in the scheduled activities of the camp. Please email us to request one of these family spots.
